i was grateful for the friendly staff , they were approachable. the breakfast was tasty , and there was a good choice of items.
the room was small , i think it needed some updates. the shower had low water pressure , and adjusting the temperature was difficult.

A gem of a stay

The breakfast was a real treat I thought it surpassed expectations. The spread included a variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the eggs and bacon as they were cooked to perfection. The location is great I was close to the town centre. The hotel also provided convenient access to the Long Walk. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay I must say.
The room I had felt slightly expensive relative to its size I feel.

I knew my stay would be AMAZING! The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I even got a free welcome drink in the bar. The rooms are super clean and cozy, and I had a very relaxing evening. Breakfast had good choices, cereal, fresh fruit salad, toast, and a large cooked breakfast with tea, coffee, and orange juice.
The hotel is RIGHT on a flight path for Heathrow, so it IS very noisy! Planes fly until midnight and then start again from 5 am.

The hotel provided complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits, and water in the room. The location was perfect as I visited the castle. Breakfast was cooked perfectly, and I had a good choice between continental and cooked options.
The hotel needs some infrastructure upgrades. The room was very cramped. One window was broken and did not open. The other opened next to an air exhaust from the kitchen.
